
Bell Pepper Veggie Gravy//Capsicum Veggie Gravy
A simple delicious side dish for rice or bread or roti " Bell Pepper/Capsicum , veggie gravy " -with cauliflower ,almonds , onion and garlic.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bell Pepper/Capsicum Red, Orange, Yellow and Green sliced
- 1/2 cup Onions
- 5 pods Garlic
- 7 no's Almonds
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower
- 2 cups Water
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves/Cilantro To Garnish
Instructions
- Cook onions, garlic, almonds in 1/2 p of water till soft remove it and place it in a bowl. Cook cauliflower in 1 cup of water with 1/4 tsp salt till soft ,remove it in a bowl. Grind the cooked cauliflower, onions, garlic and almonds to a smooth paste .
- Add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp salt to the paste. Mix it. .
- Heat 2 tbsp oil add the paste, 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.
- In a separate pan add 2 tbsp oil , cumin seeds wait to turn light brown add the sliced peppers 1/4 tsp salt cook till tender.
- Now mix the cooked grounded paste to the veggies mix it.
- Add 1/4 cup of water if it is too thick. Cook for 2 minutes .
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
