Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bell Pepper/Capsicum Red, Orange, Yellow and Green sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 5 pods Garlic
  • 7 no's Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower
  • 2 cups Water
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves/Cilantro To Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook onions, garlic, almonds in 1/2 p of water till soft remove it and place it in a bowl. Cook cauliflower in 1 cup of water with 1/4 tsp salt till soft ,remove it in a bowl. Grind the cooked cauliflower, onions, garlic and almonds to a smooth paste .
  • Add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp salt to the paste. Mix it. .
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil add the paste, 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.
  • In a separate pan add 2 tbsp oil , cumin seeds wait to turn light brown add the sliced peppers 1/4 tsp salt cook till tender.
  • Now mix the cooked grounded paste to the veggies mix it.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water if it is too thick. Cook for 2 minutes .
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
