
Missi Roti// Indian Paratha//
A simple dinner or lunch recipe" Missi Roti" with wheat flour , gram flour and chat masala.
Equipment
- 1 bowl
- 1 Pan or Tawa
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour
- 2 no's Green Chilies
- 1/4 cup Onion Chopped
- 2 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves Dried Kasoori Methi
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves/Cilantro Chopped
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Water Mix
Instructions
- Mix all the above(wheat flour, gram flour, onions, turmeric powder , chilly powder , green chilies, salt , chat masala , fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves)by adding water little by little to make a soft smooth dough. Cover and Rest it for 20 minutes.
- Divide into 6 balls. Flatten each and roll it by a rolling pin to form a medium thin (not too thick or thin)circle .
- Repeat the same with the rest.
- Heat a pan and cook the rotis by flipping both sides by adding -1/2 tbsp oil on each sides to a golden brown colour
- Serve with raita or any dip or butter or pickle.
