Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour
  • 2 no's Green Chilies
  • 1/4 cup Onion Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves Dried Kasoori Methi
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves/Cilantro Chopped
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Water Mix

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the above(wheat flour, gram flour, onions, turmeric powder , chilly powder , green chilies, salt , chat masala , fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves)by adding water little by little to make a soft smooth dough. Cover and Rest it for 20 minutes.
  • Divide into 6 balls. Flatten each and roll it by a rolling pin to form a medium thin (not too thick or thin)circle .
  • Repeat the same with the rest.
  • Heat a pan and cook the rotis by flipping both sides by adding -1/2 tbsp oil on each sides to a golden brown colour
  • Serve with raita or any dip or butter or pickle.
