
Cookies with almond flour
A Crispy and soft cookies with almond flour , all purpose flour , sugar and butter.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar Powdered or normal
- 1/2 cup Butter Room Temperature
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and butter without lumps in a big bowl. The butter should be at room temperature . Use powder sugar for easy mixing or normal sugar.
- Add the almond flour and mix with sugar butter mixture until smooth without lumps . Now add the all purpose flour and mix it in the same way.
- Scoop the dough into 12 or 10 equal parts and roll it to a circle shape , flatten it slightly.
- Arrange it in a baking pan. Preheat the oven to 350 f.
- Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool it and store it in a jar. Serve
