
Lemon Rice
How to make lemon rice for dinner or lunch with lemon juice and rice.
Equipment
- 1 Small Bowl
- 1 pan
- 1 Big Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Rice Cooked
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 5 no's Curry Leaves Chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 3 no's Green Chilies Chopped
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 7 no's Cashews Chopped
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan fry the cashews to golden brown in colour remove it and place it in a plate.
- Add mustard seeds for seasoning, then add green chilies fry it for a minute add turmeric powder, curry leaves ,salt sauté it .
- Now add lemon juice mix switch off flame and mix the rice and cashews. Serve .
