How to make lemon rice for dinner or lunch with lemon juice and rice.

  • 1 Small Bowl
  • 1 pan
  • 1 Big Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Rice Cooked
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 5 no's Curry Leaves Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 no's Green Chilies Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 7 no's Cashews Chopped
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan fry the cashews to golden brown in colour remove it and place it in a plate.
  • Add mustard seeds for seasoning, then add green chilies fry it for a minute add turmeric powder, curry leaves ,salt sauté it .
  • Now add lemon juice mix switch off flame and mix the rice and cashews. Serve .
