
Peanut Coconut Chutney
A simple eassy delicious South Indian side dish " Peanut Coconut Chutney " for Idly and dosa

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
- 3 nos Red Chillies
- Tamarind Lime Size
- Salt
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 4 nos Curry Leaves Chopped
Instructions
- Dry roast the raw peanuts in a low flame till golden brown . Cool it.
- Grind everything peanuts,coconut ,red chillies,salt and tamarind with 1/2 cup of water to a smooth paste .
- Season with 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds, and 4 nos chopped curry leaves.
