
Dessert/Sweet/Almond Cashews Laddus
A quick eassy delicioue healthy ladoos with almonds and cashews
Equipment

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Almonds Dry Roast in low flame
- 1/4 cup Cashews Dry Roast in low flame
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- 2 nos Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Make the powder of Cashews and Almonds. Mix it.
- In a pan add the mix & the jaggery powder and cook in a low flame keep stirring for 1 or 2 minutes . Finally add 1 tbsp ghee and cardamom powder. Mix it. Cool it for few minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and make round shape balls or ladoos. Store in a container.
