How to make a qucik easy Instant Dosa with rice flour, semoline/sooji/rava , flattened rice and curd

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Rava/Sooji/Semolina
  • 1/4 cup Flattened Rice/Poha/Aval - wash and soaked in 5 tbsp of water for 5 minutes
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Curd/ Yoghurt
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix and grind everything in a blender for a smooth lump free batter. Rest for 15 minutes.Heat a pan and grease with 1 tbsp of oil .
  • Take a laddle full of batter make a thin round shape dosa.Add 1 tsp of oil all over the dosa to cook in a medium flame
  • Flip the other side to cook till it is golden brown . Remove it and repeat the same.
  • Serve with coconut chutney or peanut chutney.
