How to make instant Athirasam a simple and easy sweet for any occasion with rice flour , wheat flour and jaggery.

Equipment

  • 1 pan
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 deep fry pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Rava/Semolina/Sooji
  • 3/4 cup Jaggery Powder
  • 2 no's Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Water
  • Oil For Deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix the wheat flour, rice flour semolina/Rava/Sooji and cardamom powder in a bowl.
  • Heat a pan place the jaggery powder and 1 cup of water, allow it to boil then add the flour mix sauté till the water is absorbed.
  • Switch off flame, cool it .
  • Remove it and place the dough in a plate and mix till it is soft without lumps add 1 tbsp ghee and mix it. Now take a lemon size ball flatten it to 1/4 inch thickness. Repeat the same. .
  • Deep fry one by one till it is golden brown
  • Squeeze excess oil by pressing it.
  • Store and Serve.
