A refreshing cold cantaloupe soup with lemon juice, lemon zests and mint for a hot summer day.

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Cantaloupe Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zests
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 8 leaves Mint

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cantaloupe into half remove the seeds ,fibers, peel the skin and slice it and place in a bowl.
  • Add the salt, lemon juice, lemon zests and mint.
  • Puree everything in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve cold.

Notes

Variation : You can add orange juiceĀ  instead of lemon juice
Spice it with cinnamon and basil or mint.
Add yoghurt and honey.
