
Cold Cantaloupe Soup
A refreshing cold cantaloupe soup with lemon juice, lemon zests and mint for a hot summer day.
Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Knife
- 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Cantaloupe Sliced
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Zests
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 8 leaves Mint
Instructions
- Cut the cantaloupe into half remove the seeds ,fibers, peel the skin and slice it and place in a bowl.
- Add the salt, lemon juice, lemon zests and mint.
- Puree everything in a blender until smooth.
- Serve cold.

Variation : You can add orange juiceĀ instead of lemon juice
Spice it with cinnamon and basil or mint.
Add yoghurt and honey.
