
Savoury Crepes
This delicious , delicate savory crepes is made of salt , all purpose flour , almond flour and eggs, stuffed with vegetable filling.

- 1 Blender
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Knife
- Chopping Board
- 1 Skillet

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Bell Pepper 1 of each Orange, Red, Green and Yellow cut into thin strips
- 3 Mushrooms any variety, chopped
- 1 Onions medium size ,chopped
- 1/4 cup Mint chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsps Olive Oil
- Corainder Leaves
Instructions
- Prepare Crepe Batter :Combine all the flours , eggs , salt and milk in a blender to a smooth mixture without any lumps.
- How to make Crepes :Heat a skillet on medium flame spray with cooking oil(1/2 tbsp).
- Add 1/4 cup or ladle of batter (or little less than that if you want) to the pan , immediately tilt and rotate the pan to get the batter move out as thin as possible to form a circle shape crepe.
- Allow it to cook till it is slightly golden brown . Flip the other side to cook in the same way with a spatula.
- Transfer it to a plate . Repeat the same to make 6 crepes.
- Vegetable Stuffing :Heat a pan with 2 tbsps oil add onion and sautee it till translucent.
- Add bell pepper , mushroom , salt cover and allow it to cook stirring occasionally.
- Check the veggies are soft , switch off the flame add mint and coriander leaves.

- Allow it to cool.
- Stuffing: Place 2 tbsp of veggie filling in the center of the crepe and roll it. Repeat the same with other crepes. Divide the filling into 6 parts and do the filling.
