Quick and Eassy Tomato Soup

How to make a homemade tomato soup with tomatoes, garlic, onion and carrots.

Equipment

  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup Carrots cut to cubes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 3 pods Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper powder
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat(medium) 2 tbsp butter in a skillet until the butter melts add chopped onions and garlic.
  • Saute till the onions stirring occasionally till soft not browned.
  • Add chopped carrots , tomatoes cover and cook with one cup of water.
  • Switch off the flame. Cool it and transfer it to a blender.
  • Puree to a smooth consistency in batches.
  • Add slat and pepper to your taste.
  • Serve warm with sandwich or garlic bread.

Variations : Add herbs . Use olive oil instead of butter.
