Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Coconut Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mint
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 5 pods Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 no's Green Chilies
  • Tamarind Tiny ball size or Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Urad Dal
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Fry the urad dal in a pan to become light brown in color after adding 2 tbsp oil then add onions , garlic ginger, till onions are translucent. Add the mint and saute it for 40 seconds.
  • Grind everything in a mixer by adding water to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Serve with Dosa or idly.
