
Coconut Mint Chutney
An easy, delicious " South Indian Chutney " side dish for dosa or idly with coconut and mint

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Coconut Shredded
- 1/2 cup Mint
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Onions
- 5 pods Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 3 no's Green Chilies
- Tamarind Tiny ball size or Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Urad Dal
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Fry the urad dal in a pan to become light brown in color after adding 2 tbsp oil then add onions , garlic ginger, till onions are translucent. Add the mint and saute it for 40 seconds.
- Grind everything in a mixer by adding water to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl.
- Serve with Dosa or idly.
