
Yoghurt/Curd Rice
An easy meal for any hour of the day with just cooked rice , yoghurt/curd , milk and ginger.

- 1 Pressure Cooker To cook Rice
- 1 pan
- 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Curd/Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1 no Green Chilly Chopped
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 4 no's Curry Leaves Chopped
Instructions
- Mix cooked rice ,salt ,milk ,.ginger and yoghurt mix it. Season it with mustard seeds ,curry leaves in oil add to it and mix it. Serve.
