
Instant Spinach Dosa
A quick simple easy South Indian Instant Spinach Dosa with Rice Four , Spinach Puree and Semoline/Sooji/Rava

- 1 pan
- 2 Bowls
- Blender
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Semolina/Rava/Sooji
- 1 cup Spinach/Palak/Pasalai Keerai Spinach puree
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Oil
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix all the above in a bowl with 1 1/2 cups of water without any lumps.Rest it for 20 minutes.
- Spinach Puree : Blanch the Spinach in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.Rest for 10 minutes. Squeeze the water . Grind and Puree the Spinach in a blender.
- In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil , pour one laddle of batter make a round shape pancake/dosa
- Add 1 tsp oil around the pancake.
- Allow it to cook in a medium flame to golden brown colour.
- Flip the other side and do the same.
- Place it in a plate. Repeat the same
- Serve it with tomato peanut chutney.
