A quick side dish" Peanut Tomato Chutney" for Dosa /Idly with tomatoes and roasted peanuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Tomatoes
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 8 Curry Leaves
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add oil saute the tomatoes and red chillies , curry leaves till the moisture evaporates. Cool it..
  • In a pan add the peanuts and roast it to a golden brown colour in a medium flame. Cool it. Peel the skin by rubbing the peanuts with your fingers. Remove the skin and place the peanuts in a bowl.
  • In a blender grind the peanuts to a smooth powder ,add tomatoes chilly mix ,salt to it and grind it to a smooth paste
  • Peanut Chutney is ready to serve.
