  • 1 deep fry pan
  • Chakkli Maker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 1 cup - Rice Flour1/2 cup - Gram Flour/Besan/Kadala Mavu1 3/4 tbsp - ButterSalt 3/4 tsp - Chilli Powder1/4 tsp - Turmeric PowderWater Oil
  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour
  • 3/4 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • Water For Mixing the Flours
  • Oil For Deep Frying Ribbon Pakodas

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the flours, salt ,butter, chilli powder and turmeric powder with water to form a smooth dough without any lumps.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Insert a cylindrical shape dough in the chakkli maker with the mould and make any shape and slide it in the pan or directly you can do it.
  • Flip both sides to cook till golden brown colour. Remove it and place it in a plate .You can make atleast 3 or 4 ribbon pakoda depending on the size . Repeat the same with rest of the dough.
  • Store it in an air tight container and serve.
