Equipment

  • 1 Big Bowl
  • 1 deep fry pan
  • Chakli Maker with rectangle shape mould

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Gram Flour Powder
  • 1/4 cup Gram Flour
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Hot Oil Heat oil in a pan add 1 tbsp to batter
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the above ingredients with water to make soft smooth dough
  • Take a rectangle shape dough and insert it into the chakli maker to pass through the hot oil in a pan.
  • Heat oil in a medium flame and make the ribbon pakoda.
  • Flip both sides till you get a golden yellow colour.
  • Remove it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
    Repeat the same with the rest of the dough.
  • Store in a airtight container and serve.
