
Ribbon Pakoda
Indian Snack Ribbon Pakoda - easy recipe with gram flour, rice flour, roasted gram flour ,butter , chilli powder
Equipment
- 1 Big Bowl
- 1 deep fry pan
- Chakli Maker with rectangle shape mould
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Roasted Gram Flour Powder
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Hot Oil Heat oil in a pan add 1 tbsp to batter
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredients with water to make soft smooth dough
- Take a rectangle shape dough and insert it into the chakli maker to pass through the hot oil in a pan.
- Heat oil in a medium flame and make the ribbon pakoda.
- Flip both sides till you get a golden yellow colour.
- Remove it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.Repeat the same with the rest of the dough.
- Store in a airtight container and serve.
