
Kara Sev
An Indian snack , crispier ,easy to make with rice flour , gram flour , black pepper powder and butter
Equipment
- 1 pan
- 1 1 Big Bowl
- Chakli Maker with Round Shape Mould
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Rice Flour
- 3/4 cup Gram Flour
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- Salt
- Water For Mixing
- Oil For Deep Fryong
Instructions
- Mix all the flours, salt , pepper, ghee with water to form a soft smooth dough without any lumps.
- Fix the circle shape mould to the chakli maker .
- Insert a cylindrical shape dough to the chakli maker and close it with the lid.
- Heat oil in a medium flame press the chakli maker to make kara sev.
- Keep flipping both sides till you get a golden yellow colour,
- Remove it and place it on a paper towel for removing excess oil.
- Store it in a airtight container and serve.
