An easy indian dessert "Kaju Kathli" with cashew powder and sugar syrup flavoured with cardamom powder and rose water.

  • 1 Big Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Cashew Powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 drops Rose Water
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Cashew Powder: Grind the cashews in a mixer Coarsely( not too fine).
  • Sugar Syrup: Mix sugar and water in a pan cook till you get the one string consistency.Wait till the sugar dissolves then start checking for one string .
  • Mix the cashews powder to the syrup keep mixing without any lumps, keep stirring to avoid burning . Cook in a medium flame.
  • Cook till the moisture evaporated and you get to swirl.
  • Finally add ghee and transfer it to a greased plate (brush it with little ghee to avoid sticking to the plate).Flatten it and cool it.
  • Make Slices and serve.
    Store it in a container.
