Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Vermicelli/Semiya/Seviyan
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 no's Cardamom Powder
  • 7 no's Cashews Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Fry the cashews to golden brown in 1 tbsp of ghee .Remove it and place it in a plate.
  • Fry the vermicelli/semiya/seviyan to light golden brown colour add water allow it to cook till soft in medium flame.
  • Add sugar and cook for 2 minutes , now add the milk cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with cashews and cardamom powder mix it and serve. After cooling it will absorb all the moisture.
  • Before serving add 1/4 or 1/2 cup of warm milk mix and serve it.
