
Vermicelli/Semiya Payasam/Seviyan Kheer/Dessert
How to make Indian dessert/Sweet with Vermicelli/Semiya/Seviyan

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Vermicelli/Semiya/Seviyan
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 2 no's Cardamom Powder
- 7 no's Cashews Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Fry the cashews to golden brown in 1 tbsp of ghee .Remove it and place it in a plate.
- Fry the vermicelli/semiya/seviyan to light golden brown colour add water allow it to cook till soft in medium flame.
- Add sugar and cook for 2 minutes , now add the milk cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with cashews and cardamom powder mix it and serve. After cooling it will absorb all the moisture.
- Before serving add 1/4 or 1/2 cup of warm milk mix and serve it.
