
Potato Carrot Almond Soup
Cook veggies with fried onion in olive oil , puree almonds veggies, onion and serve
Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 1 Big Pan
- 1 Knife
- 1 Chopping Board
Ingredients
- 1 cup Potato cube
- 1/2 cup Sliced Carrots
- 1/2 cup Sliced Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 10 Almonds Soaked in hot water for 15 minutes peel the skin.
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan fry the chopped onions till it is translucent
- Add the cubbed potatos , sliced carrots and enough water .
- Cover with a lid and allow it to cook till the veggies are soft
- Puree in blender all the veggies, soaked almonds to a smooth consistency in batches.
- Transfer to a pan add salt and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve with black pepper and salt(if necessary) to your taste.
