Potato Carrot Almond Soup

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Big Pan
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Chopping Board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Potato cube
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 10 Almonds Soaked in hot water for 15 minutes peel the skin.
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan fry the chopped onions till it is translucent
  • Add the cubbed potatos , sliced carrots and enough water .
  • Cover with a lid and allow it to cook till the veggies are soft
  • Puree in blender all the veggies, soaked almonds to a smooth consistency in batches.
  • Transfer to a pan add salt and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Serve with black pepper and salt(if necessary) to your taste.
