This soup is easy to make, delicious with tomatoes, carrots, corns and onions.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 pan
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrots chopped
  • 1/2 cup Corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 pods Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Corn Kernels in boiling water till soft or cook the Corn Cob in boiling water ,drain it, cool , remove the kernels with a sharp knife.
  • Cook the chopped carrots in boiling water until soft, drain it.
  • In a pan add 2 tbsp olive oil ,add onions, garlic saute till translucent.
  • Add the tomatoes,carrots,corns,salt ,water cover and cook till soft.
  • Switch off the flame, cool it.
  • Puree in a blender and transfer it to a pan.
  • Bring it to boil, add black pepper powder .
  • Serve.
