How to make delicious Vellai Paniyaram with rice dal and green chillies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw Rice
  • 1/4 cup Urad Dhal
  • Salt
  • 3 nos Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 5 nos Curry Leaves chopped
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • Batter : Soak for 2 hrs and grind separately. The Raw rice batter should be fine texture.The Urad dhal batter after grinding when you add a spoon full of batter to 1 cup of water in a bowl it shold float .Then the batter is ready .Add Salt.
  • Add green chillies ,ginger and curry leaves to the above batter. Mix well
  • Take oil in a pan allow it to heat in medium flame and take a spoon full of batter and drop it in the oil.
  • Repeat the same and fry both sides till slightly brown in colour.
  • Serve with any tomato onion chutney or peanut tomato chutney.
